Although I got a complete refund the manager was terrible in his response to me about my damaged $650 tool box. It was shipped with no packing in a paper thin box. It was also damaged in multiple places when the box wasn’t leading me to believe it was damaged before it was ever shipped. When I let him know I was unhappy with there packing process he told me if I wanted better packing I should buy a better more expensive tool box “what?” $650 isn’t expensive? What a tool. Buyer beware!

The seller advertises 2-3 shipping on my order and it wasn’t even shipped out until the second day according to fedex tracking number. Seller just blamed FedEx which is the normal thing for a seller to do. Recieved my package and 1 of the quarts of oil opened during shipping and soaked the box as well obviously losing a very exspensive quart of oil. The packaging had no bubble wrap or anything just loose bottles so no suprise one of the quarts opened. Redline oil $15-$20 per quart.
