    Helps with Pernicious Anemia symptoms between injection

    I was diagnosed with pernicious anemia 3 years ago and in the UK doctors only give B12 injection every 3 months. I take B12 Jarrow every day also and take 2 a day when injection wears off which is after about 1 and a half months. Although I cannot digest B12 I use under tongue and I feel it keeps symptoms caused by lack of B12 at bay. Also and importantly they help me sleep. This is for sure because if I miss a dose, I don’t sleep!

    Good value but prefer a spray

    These are very good value for the dose they deliver but they don't taste of much. Not very lemony. Dissolve much slower than I imagined.I Have used an oral spray version before and have to say I prefer it but these are cheaper and kinder to the purse !

    Excellent Product

    This is an excellent product. Jarrow Formulas are a reliable company. This product is not available in the normal health stores - who only sell the cyanocobalamin form of B12 - which is not so easily absorbed. Maybe I have imagined it - but I do think it has with my memory loss.
