Great tofu press
The tofu press works just fine. Center the the tofu, tighten down the bolts, slowly squeeze out the excess water in increments- 5 min then 5-10 min ag ain’t later. Turn the press with tofu inside on its side to drain. Works great a s clean up is fast and easy.
