High regards to this seller. The item I purchased (electric blanket controller) only worked for one day and then died. Well, one never knows about a used item no longer in production but had been hoping for the best. When I messaged this to the seller I was promptly refunded the entire purchase price which included shipping. Hats off! Highly recommend this seller.
