This piece is exactly as described. Fits my Bowflex Ultimate perfectly and also accepts the 100lb power rod addition. I just installed it today so we’ll see how it works but I’m very confident it was a great purchase. So much easier than using a strap to hold the rods together.

Overall the tension boosting kit does as expected at less cost than the 310-410 Bowflex upgrade for my Blaze. The item needed a little modification, one of the four riser tubes was longer than the others and needed cut down (easy enough), otherwise they definitely increase resistance, though I can't say how much since it probably depends on condition of the rods. I am a little concerned the coating of the rods may eventually get damaged by the block, but I will have to wait and see.

The rod rejuvenator is an excellent accessory that will not fall off. Quickly put to use after any workout this is a superb idea. Extra rod box holes do not have notches to stop rod spinning. No feedback yet on larger hooks.

The item does not provide the weight increase it promised.. with a 410lb bow flex setup it only provides 20 additional lbs per side compared to the 80+ it promised. Seller did not want to pay for return shipping considering it was false advertisement and I was not at fault for receiving false information. I measured the before and after resistance using a professional crane scale pulling each pulley the same distance. Buyer beware

I guess that all of testimonial feedbacks on this item are from jerks that don't know the difference between 20lbs and 80lbs. I made this person a tender offer, and that was that I would get a round trip ticket to New Mexico where he lives , and do the installation, and if for some impossible reason he was correct I would give him $100 and just return home. However, If it is found to be BS, then he would have to pay my airfare round trip back to me. YOU GUESSED IT, NO DEAL. Ummm.
