The description says 550 pound production with 440 storage. I received a machine that says it produces 350 pounds. Also the bin holds 200. I brought it to the sellers attention and they gave me a bunch of lies about how the machine ranges from 300 to 500 production. Bunch of lies. I’ve been an ice machine repairman for 20 years. This company has deceived me. Fraud. I won’t purchase another thing from them. Buyer beware.
