This audacious thief of a seller offered only a 30% refund for a broken item, then 70%, then, astoundingly, back down to 30%. I was told "our profit is very low". Sorry, but your profits aren't my problem if you're going to mail me garbage and keep my money! I eventually did get a full refund, but only after involving eBay itself. It was hardly an expensive purchase so it wouldn't have been a big loss, but the unmitigated gall of their response was unbelievable. Never again!
