This is a very nice chair. However, I have had this chair for a couple of weeks and one of the control units is damaged. Tried to put the chair in seated position and the control does not work because it's wire has been cut in half due to being to close to the lifting frame for seat the. Blaming myself for this happening because I was careless. My problem is that I can't find out where I can buy the control piece. Could you please get me the information for parts for my chair. Excellent desk just as described. Arrived well packaged and easy to assemble, needs some help to flip over, heavy which also means it’s steady. If using it for art, note that the flat area is to your left, if you’re right handed like me you will need a small table to your right to put your tools on. Had some trouble with the drawer not sliding smoothly but vendor was responsive. Highly recommend.
