Total scam.
Asked for cancelation when it was still at "tracking number provided status"(which it still is, even on fedex). Feel completely robbed of my time and money by this scam company, just want a refund to reorder on a different website that wont scam me.
Avoid at all costs, for a few dollars more you can purchase from official websites that wont refuse cancelation and not send the item.
