Great communication with seller, I requested if the seller would double check the item was indeed working, such as the rewind and fast forward buttons. Although it was listed that item works I've seen previous listing where it works, but doesn't have a volume button etc. I appreciate the seller verifying this vs seeing it as a nuisance.
