    Knee pads

    Do the job

    Bought these knee pads. They arrived promptly and are good value. They do the job if you need to do a lot of kneeling. They are easy to put on and work ok. Negatives are: Some rough trims rub on your skin if you are wearing shorts. They aren’t very breathable so your knees get sweaty. They don’t really stay put and need to be adjusted often.

    definitely good value

    The weight distribution is even and for someone with no knee problems these would be perfect. Even though I have knee replacements I can still use these for short periods of time, enough for some domestic decorating or gardening. The strap is strong and holds the pad in place but I think two rather than just one would be even better and feel more secure and comfortable.

    Very comfy knee pads

    I bought these for my daughter who's going on the archaeological dig in Orkney again this year for three weeks. Last year she wasn't prepared enough and her knees were in bad shape by the time she was done. So although the knee pads haven't been tried out on the stony ground yet, they've had plenty of testing around the house. The verdict was that they are VERY comfortable! A friend gave her a pair which had two stretchy bands with velcro to close but she said that the Ebay ones with one strap were much more comfortable to wear. Bring on the dig!

    What a Godsend.
