Re: order number 06-11420-43409, from the same vendor, same product, the vendor advised me that there was some shipping problem and that the carrier had returned the merchandise to the vendor. The receiving agent is a professional shipping-and-receiving house in the local town. If it is not possible that there was a receiving problem with the receiving agent. The problem must have been with the carrier, packaging, etc. But no explanation was supplied to me by the vendor. Instead of sending
