    As an older person with very bad knees, bending down to retrieve something, even with the support of a cane, is to be avoided. As a result I have one of these in every room and that has paid off greater than I had imagined. There are other helper tools available as well, which I use (with magnets) but that is a different product, These are must have for elderly persons. Just do it!

    lightweight,easy to use. pistol grip handle works well.easy to store. picks up coins.my daughters toys. not so good with small pieces of paper/paperclips.overall picks up most things i need to. very good at grabbing things off of shelves like cans,cereal boxes etc. i consider this a helpful tool. long term reliability remains to be seen. 4.5 out of 5 stars.

    It didn’t last for a month. It broke or the cable hooked to the handle.

    I’ve been using grabbers for over a year. The first one I bought lasted it almost a year but it wasn’t this product. This product didn’t last a month. It broke where the cable connects the handle. The grabber jaws need to have a rubber material to grab things better. I can’t pick up my cell phone from the floor. I wouldn’t recommend this product for any price

    Good quaiity

    I use it to pick up trash along the sidewalk and street in our neighborhood. It works very well in dry and wet (dew) conditions. It has a good grip in all of these conditions, the only improvement I would suggest is that it will not open wide enough for some larger bottles and cans. Very good product!
