The hitch was fine but arrived with the paint scratched and missing a lock washer. The box was badly damaged due to poor packing. I contacted seller requesting the missing lock washer and they wanted me to take a picture of the "damaged parts" and the damaged box! I can't take a picture of something missing (the washer) and its way too much trouble to take a picture of the box, download and send. I only asked for the missing washer...I spray painted the scratches myself! Item fine, service poor.

Seller was fast to ship, fair price, easy to deal with. Only critique is that the electronic part was lightly or barely wrapped in thin bubble wrap and had a bent capacitor since it was loose fitting in the box, I had to carefully straighten it out, it felt loose but installed the part, it is working right now, not sure if it will affect the life of the part. Suggestion to seller: properly wrap part on protective foam or bubble wrap in a box where it does not slide around during shipping.
