The item was bent to fit into the shipping box which warped the crafting mat, and it will not lay flat. I contacted the seller, and they just blamed it on the manufacture and did not offer any resolution except telling me to leave the mat in the sun and it will fix it. The product arrived to me damaged!! It is not in the condition described or expected! Unacceptable!!!
