It's not quite sturdy enough for adult raccoons. I bought it trying to catch a fox to relocate. I've caught a cat, opossum prior to a adult raccoon. Raccoons are big and strong, they can grip with their front paws and the headbutt things to escape. The door isn't sturdy enough at the top , the raccoon was able to to pull the top of the door enough to escape. There's enough play in the door it can be shifted and bent. A bit flimsy for an animal that fights hard to escape.

The trap was a little bit smaller than I thought but that was my fault. I should have paid attention to the size. But it was a little bit aggravating to me trying to figure out how to put it together. But I will say this much I got it figured out and I love the trap I would recommend this seller to anyone. I will be buying from them again I need a bigger trap.

I received the product quickly, however when the outer box was opened I discovered two holes wore into the canopy covering from what looked like vibration during shipping. I contacted ebay and then the seller. I was made an offer by the seller that I considered to be unacceptable. After further communication with the seller we finally agreed on a price adjustment to compensate for receiving the damaged item. There were delays in communication but I associated with time zone differences.
