This was supposed to be a birthday gift and unfortunately arrived with damage. The item was poorly packaged with no protection, and shipped in a makeshift box consisting of smaller USPS boxes taped together. The item box arrived damaged, and when I notified the seller he immediately became defensive and accused me of being a scammer. He made no attempt to resolve the issue, and forced me to file a claim.
