I am really enjoying my new Roborock S7 Max Ultra. It's really nice to have them help keep the floors cleans. It's not super great on carpet but I was expecting that. Will be trying the Q5 brush at some point. On hardwood, it's pretty good. The mopping function doesn't get dried on, crusty stuff, but it does get more recent gunk and in general helps keep the floor clean.

The first Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra I received would error out "bumper stuck" I call the sellers support team and they sent a return shipping label. I shipped the S7 back for a replacement. I then ended up on their ebay site and saw they had dropped the price from 999.00 to 799.00 I emailed their support and they honored the lower price and refunded the difference. I received S7 yesterday and it operates flawlessly. I highly recommend buying a refurbished Roborock from this seller. They are great
