    AC2300: A worthwhile investment

    I bought two AC2300's for use as a "main" and an access point in a three-story home. I based my choice on both price point and a review from elsewhere and I'm now satisfied now that the two units are up and operating. My old setup died of old age and I've found that these products provide higher receive levels based on "bars" of level shown on my seventeen wifi connections. I attribute this to these routers making use of external antennas that I was able to position for my needs. Transmit levels have been limited by the FCC since the outset of wifi so I know the old system didn't transmit more or less power than the new system. Why not five stars? I installed the system myself and spent a full day making the main router work and I thought the install time should have gone more smoothly. ...

    Most powerful wireless router I have ever owned in my home

    The router is strong enough to reach over 100 feet to my guest house at very fast speeds. I was easy to setup during the install. I had some questions for their tech support and the responses were very fast and easy to understand. I consider this to be a real bargain at the price. I have been using TP-Link routers for many years.

    The best WiFi Router I've ever had

    I highly recommend this router for everything from streaming live TV, to 4k streaming to working from home and doing video conferencing. With my previous router I'd get disconnects throughout the day with my VPN connection. I no longer get the disconnects (unless it's a hiccup with my ISP or Company's network). I used to experience buffering every few hours when steaming 4k video as well as hiccups and freezing with streaming live TV. That no longer happens. It seems TP-link has identified their consumer market and designed this router with that market in mind. Nicely done!

    Great performance and features

    I went from 60mbps WiFi on my old router to 160mbps with this one. Wired devices went from 90mbps to 240mbps. Also has tons of great capabilities.
