      After ordering the item the seller promptly informed me that they didn't have the shoes in my size, in the style, & color I had ordered. They offered some other colors/styles they had in my shoe size. I declined and they refunded my money. So even though I did not receive the item I originally ordered the seller offered an alternate solution & when I declined they quickly refunded my money. As a buyer I can't ask for more than that, so I'm happy about how this transaction went.
