I didnt recieve a notification that my item was ready for collection after 8 days since the order was placed. I spoke to the seller and asked for a tracking number or proof of dispatch. Seller became rude and accused me of being dishonest and trying to defraud them. Im just a customer asking for help and to be treated this way is disgraceful. Zero customer service. AVOID

AVOID SELLING TO THIS BUYER! A very manipulative customer who attempts to swindle us and eBay. They had the item sent to a random collection point, we have zero control over them sending notifications. We sent the item to the address given and provided evidence of dispatch. The customer hasn't checked the collection point but raised a case that they haven't received it? It's clear that they received it and now are attempting to get their money back. People like this make selling a NIGHTMARE :(
