Shipping was way expensive for a $22 pair of shoes; the shoes were mis-sized (not the seller's fault, but should have been noted on the ad), and when they did not fit the refund deducted the entire shipping cost. So a charge of nearly $40 resulted in a refund of less than $15. Seller was contacted and was unsympathetic and defensive.
