Bought for my 2015 Ford Explorer. Arrived quickly in less than a week. Unit was very easy to install and works just as advertised. All factory controls work with new unit (ie A/C, steering wheel, and backup cam). Only issue I have is with the wireless Carplay unit, which plugs into the new sync 3 usb hub. The wireless CarPlay unit doesn’t load when both my wife’s phone and my phone are trying to connect to it, it seems to connect to both and not know which one to put on the display.

The Sync3 upgrade made my 2015 MKZ feel new. Better graphics, easier controls, and it could be me but the fm radio sounds much better. Installation was relatively easy but you should know that you may need to use the mounting brackets off the sync2 unityou take out. In my case they didn't fit but with careful measuring, using the 2 hole locations that did not change and a Dremel to cut off some of the plate, I was able to make them work perfectly. Seller has been quick to answer questions.

Works great install is pretty simple. You may need T20 and T25 torx bits that don’t come with the package. I did need to contact support to get my climate controls working on the Sync3, but it was quick and easy it took about 10mins and everything was working correctly. The wireless CarPlay adapter that was included works flawlessly as well.
