    Replaced the old Sony just fine. Like the tray better than the slot on the old one.

    This replaced my old Sony DAV FX10 dvd for my Dreamsystem. Easier to use. Got the new connectors and crimped the new wires onto the old wires, and can now use the 6 speakers again.Sounds great! Just waiting on the new remote.

    Not fully working

    This was to replace a non-working unit of the same model number. Unfortunately this unit was not fully working (center channel and sub-woofer bad) as I was led to believe, but I was able to replace a board in my original unit from one in this unit and now have a functional receiver.

    Ease to setup and get running

    I bought the Sony DAVHDX275 Theater System. I really liked the features it has and all the capabilities are nice. The main concern I have is that the remote control has a lot of buttons and they can be easily confused. The other issue is that this new system is not as intuitive to use as my RCA was. However, the quality seems to be much better. This system was really easy to install and get running which was really nice. It took longer getting all the things out of the box and unwrapped than it did to get system setup. The instructions were very clear and concise.
