However, buyers should be aware that, according to the IMEI number, this is a Canadian phone with model number SM-G986W, even though the sticker on the box says SM-G986U1. My understanding from web search is that this limits 5G capability: "While it can connect to certain 4G LTE bands, it is missing key 5G bands used by US carriers, particularly mmWave."
