The first interactive board game based on Jim Henson's Muppets characters, Cruise Party sets sail on PlayStation 2 with 30 mini-games and the following six playable characters: Kermit the Frog, Fozzie Bear, Miss Piggy, Animal, Gonzo, and Pepe the King Prawn. Up to four players alternate turns while moving their Muppet characters along nautical themed boards, with the colored spaces dictating the types of mini-games played, including competitive matches, two-on-two events, and more. <br><br>Mini-game types range from puzzles and sports variants to rhythm-based contests and more, with titles such as Disco Dancing, Shuffle Chalk, and Bunsen's Burners. Players also have the option to skip the board game entirely to play the mini-games by themselves. In addition to the six playable characters, Cruise Party features cameos from more than ten other Muppets and includes 30 authentic voices from the award-winning series. Amusing time with the Muppets
I've owned this game off and on over the years. I keep going back to it because, where else can you play over 15 different mini-games. I don't know another one out there, it's great for playing with the kids, or family parties. Once you've unlocked enough of the games just picking it up for a quick game and putting it back down is easy. Like I said, I keep going back to this game over and over. It helps that I really like the Muppets.I've owned this game off and on over the years. I keep going back to it because, where else can you play over 15 different mini-games. why I love the game
I bought the game for the playstation 2 because I love the game. I bought the game at a used game store about 2 years ago and a year later it didn't work anymore and I was devistated. I was so excited when I saw the game on Ebay and even more excited when I won the game. I love playing the long game when you walk around the ship and have to open the doors. My boyfriend (the gamer) hates the game. He thinks it's stupid but he plays the game to make me happy. When we won't play with me I play the short games to tune up on my game. It's gotten to the point that I can win him oh occasion and that is the greatest feeling around. I would recommend this game to anyone. My nephews who are 5 and 7 love the game and feel the controls are easy to play and my friends who don't play games come ... I bought the game for the playstation 2 because I love the game. We own approximately 50 PS2 games and this is by far one of our favorites. It is up to the players to win points to open new games which makes this game challenging and different every time you play it. My 5 and 7 yr. old boys love to play this and once in awhile I jump in to. Highly recommended. This game can be pricey in the stores, but I got a good price on EBAY. The listing shows 1 player, but up to 4 people can play at the same time with the added controller box. Otherwise only 2 at a time. you can't go wrong with the Muppets! My children enjoy the game as a whole and the mini games that are within the game, make the game even more enjoyable. The game is not difficult to follow. It resembles a board game in respect to the manner of play. The price for the game was also perfect. If you have children around the ages of 8-10, this is a great game with easy to follow directions and great graphics.you can't go wrong with the Muppets! My children enjoy the game as a whole and the mini games that are within the game, make the game even more enjoyable. The game is not difficult to follow. great for the kids!
This game is for all ages. Get your family together cuz up to four people can play (multi tap needed for 3+ players) Filled with tons of mini games, mini movies that you can unlock throughout the game. Characters you can choose from. They say funny things. Can be played for hours. I have no dislikes about it. I bought it for my nephews (age 13) and they love the game!!!
