Sounds fluffy
The echobrain is a very subtle and warm-sounding analog delay. I had this for over a year now, and it still works great. Just make sure that the input signal isn’t too hot, or else the echos/delays will distort. Oh and yes, as the title states, the sound is warm and fluffy. Very pleasing to the ears. I’d recommend this for any beginner to pedals, as this is easy to use and to get into. However, I ended up getting the Flashback delay in order to have a tap tempo, as the Echobrain doesn’t come with one. Also, the delay time is quite short on the Echobrain, so I decided to get something a bit more versatile. I wouldn’t use the Echobrain in context towards a live show for my delays, but it does work nicely as a “track doubler” with a delay close to 30 milliseconds. That tends to add a nice ... It does its job well, but if you want “options”, then just spend the extra money on the Flashback delay.
