The coat arrived but as there were two different pictures of two different coats originally, it wasn’t clear what coat would arrive. The wrong cost therefore arrived. The coat that is fully out of stock has now been removed from the site. The seller was very helpful and quickly resolved the problem, even offered a discount for the coat I didn’t want if I wanted to keep it. We have now been issued a refund after sending the coat back. Easy mistake to make - thanks for sorting so promptly.
