But having purchased them before, I know from experience that they shrink dramatically in the wash, so I purposely bought three sizes bigger than I needed. Couldn't wear them until I'd washed them as they were far too large, but after one 40 degree wash they fitted beautifully and haven't shrunk at all in subsequent washes. Very good value for the money, would definitely recommend, but do buy extra large!
