I do not like negative feedback, it hurts me to complain. I just received a set of sidepipes exhaust for my classic Chevy van, I thought JEGS was quality parts. I was sadly mistaken, first off, I received a box with 4 smaller boxes inside with no paperwork whatsoever, 2nd the metal screws for attaching the heat shields we're the wrong size and cheap metal, twisted off as soon as I tried to assemble. A few more issues as well. Customer service told me I'd have to pay return shipping.

Order was delivered in a timely manner. However, the small nuts/bolts hardware package had been cut open, and some of the fastening hardware had been removed... there was no instructions or parts list, so not sure what is missed. There was an odd # of large lag screws, which seemed strange, and small screws that must some how connect the perforated shield to the exhaust pipes are missing. 4 Clamps and 4 L brackets are present. Please advise and/or send adequate hardware.Thanks
