Bait & Switch.
I purchased LUMINARA from this seller and was shipped (from Amazon) some cheap ugly brand called HOMEMORY that do not have a moving wick and have a cheap "drip" wax effect on them. The seller is clearly using a Luminara photo and has this item listed AS Luminara. That's bait & switch. Also, the seller account is listed as being in Turkey and I received NO packing slip or seller return information.

This is by far the worst seller I’ve dealt with on EBay. I contacted the seller 3 different times asking for a tracking number to track my order. The 1st 2 times the seller told me they would give me the tracking number and order info. I never got it. The 3rd response from the seller was very passive aggressive and I didn’t hear anything after that. I placed my order in December 22nd 2023 and still haven’t received it or heard anything back from the seller as of January 5th 2024. Bad business
