    SHAMELESS CHEAT—BEWARE! I bought 2 items with the explicit understanding that shipping ($15 for a bolo tie, so already exaggerated) would be combined. Seller agreed to this and shipped both bolos in one box, but then refused to return any of the $30 total that I was charged for shipping. When I wrote asking to have this corrected, seller shamelessly admitted planning to keep all of the money, then stopped answering. Totally dishonest and against the spirit of eBay. I’m angry and disappointed.
