Fast delivery, great communication. Printer is in excellent condition and seems to work well. It arrived very well packaged with ink. This is the second printer of this model I have purchased from this seller (and the third one I've owned). Sadly, the previous one no longer feeds paper, but does still print if you hand feed it. Wish I knew where to get my old one serviced. Great printer. Will purchase from this seller again.
