Great communication. Package arrived on time. But FEDEX must have thrown box around and caused a leak. Luckily corals were still covered in water. But due to water on containers ink came off. Can't identify some.

Seller shipped on a Friday of a 3-day weekend. The item is now been in the mail for 5 days he no longer responds to my messages I have asked him to send me another item overnight so that I will receive it in good condition no response I asked for a refund no response terrible service professionalism definitely would never buy from this seller again

The customer is not telling the truth. No coral seller ships with a 3-day delivery. It wasn't my fault; the shipment was delayed, and yet I told him that if it arrived dead, he should send me a photo of the package with the dead coral. He refused to do this as well. I did respond; he just kept writing. I only told him to wait, send photos, and he refused. Furthermore, I requested the photo of the dead coral so I could resend it, and all of this can be verified in the messages.
