I ordered March 7th. On March 12th I contacted for an update. The seller replied he would ship the next day. Seller created a label and updated order "shipped' with tracking info. On the 20th (another 8 days) I messaged again asking about shipping. After receiving my message he scanned the item to ship.I responded stating he only did that after my DM. He admitted that's what he did. I told him I want a refund. EBay Commerce is not nearly as helpful as Paypal. No item and no refund yet.
