Like the impatient person I am, I had to get right to using it and I can confirm that firmware is correct, jailbreak applications are installed on the SD2VITA adapter, I got to installing games aswell and they all work great when installed off PKGJ so thank you so much Gamer'sVision for letting me have this, it delivered fast and for it's age I did expect a little bit of damage, but no nothing! It feels like it's completely new. Added size comparisons to my other devices in pictures below.

I ordered a VG tier 3DS XL/LL and it came in astoundingly good condition, pre-modded and included everything in the list.
There was zero communication from the seller and it took about a week for them to actually ship the item, but once it was shipped Fedex only took about 3 days from JP to US.
If you can deal with no communication and be patient with the shipping I highly recommend this seller.

I’ll be honest. The seller was not super responsive when I reached out. But I received my Vita in 10 days from Japan.
As far as the quality… Jesus Christ I’m blown away. You could put this thing in a box and tell me it’s new and I’d believe it. I paid a little extra for no “screen scratches” and this thing showed up with zero scratches anywhere.
Super happy with what I ordered so won’t question the delivery process again. About to order another.
