Very happy with the product and the seller. Like others have mentioned, this refurbished model appeared to be a brand new system. Absolutely no signs of use to the robot or the dock. The S8 is dramatically superior to my roomba in every aspect I can think of. The app is very very good; intuitive, useful, nice UI. I’ve scheduled the S8 to vacuum and mop a 600 sqft hardwood / tile / and a couple rugs every morning at 0300 and the floors are beautiful by the time I’m up!

The delivery was very prompt. The device and the dock had a bit of surface dust, but inside was spotless. I waited a bit before writing this review as I wanted to really test out the device. And it has performed spectacularly. Cleaning the house is a breeze right now as I can just say "Hey Google, clean the house" and the S8 does the rest. I'd have liked a more deeper integration, but this does get the job done efficiently.

So far, so good. No issues yet, but I just got it out of the box yesterday. It seems to be mapping accurately and cleaning enough to keep the floors from building up with my constant cat/dog hair and spills. I am hoping this will take the place of my mop, time will only tell. Easy to put together.

I then ended up on their ebay site and saw they had dropped the price from 999.00 to 799.00 I emailed their support and they honored the lower price and refunded the difference. However, there were multiple glitches where it randomly deleted the map and got lost, then it stopped cleaning the dust container after the cycle and randomly avoided vacuuming a part of the room. I had multiple issues but seller refused to exchange the product. I ended up returning this item.
