I absolutely love my Roborock S8, vacuum suction is super strong, removes all dust and debris while mopping tile/wood floors, leaving wood polished, scuff free and like new condition. The rugs look more plush and clean. Easily removes pet fur with the rubber sweep system. The dryer system leaves the compartment and mop mold/ odor free. I highly recommend this model for beautiful, clean, floors and rugs.

Item well delivered in the neighborhood of refurbished with some crud here and there on dock and vacuum. Prior owners map was still available. I am not sold on dual rollers as even on average suction there is a constant battle with rubber backed throw rugs (that our S7 maxV didn't). Mopping is great and will have to see about the rest over time.

The robot and the dock came in new without a single mark.
However, there were multiple glitches where it randomly deleted the map and got lost, then it stopped cleaning the dust container after the cycle and randomly avoided vacuuming a part of the room. I had multiple issues but seller refused to exchange the product. I ended up returning this item.

The first Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra I received would error out "bumper stuck" I call the sellers support team and they sent a return shipping label. I shipped the S7 back for a replacement. I then ended up on their ebay site and saw they had dropped the price from 999.00 to 799.00 I emailed their support and they honored the lower price and refunded the difference. I received S7 yesterday and it operates flawlessly. I highly recommend buying a refurbished Roborock from this seller. They are great
