Mortal Kombat 1 game was used, yet advertised as brand new. Beware. Seller tried to convince it was new, then apologized. Product was not sealed at all, shrinkwrap was completely missing, box was damaged but someone put a wrinkeld tape over the box. Seller was prompt in responses, apologized stating he gets pallets of games. But they packaged this up twice, and it was so obviously used, not a good excuse. Seller has excellent ratings otherwise. Was able to return it. What a waste of time.

Buyer did decline an exchange offered that I was willing to ship from Gamestop Brand New because it sounded "too complicated".
