I let the seller know my package arrived but was damaged. It was wrapped in very thin protection. Definitely could've been wrapped better. The seller told me it was damaged during transit and they would offer me a partial refund. I told them I wasn't looking for a refund but a replacement part for the 1 piece that was damaged. They dont want to send another part. I cannot receive a refund on the card I used to purchase because its inactive and I'm not giving my new card #. Not resolved.
