Item description shows a photo of mounting hardware that was not included. Instead there was double sided tape pre-installed. Now that the sun shades are installed on my vehicle with the tape I am unable to remove the shades in order to clean the windows without removing the tape (requiring me to buy new tape in order to re-install.)

The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.
