One of the worst sellers ever I've dealt with on ebay! The tack didn't work right, and the seller wanted me to wire it back into my truck and make a vid and post it to you tube. I attach a pic of it where the needle wouldn't return to zero, which should have been enough to show it was defective, but this seller ignored me, and kept replying with the exact same msg. When the seller states: "buyer pays for return shipping" I guess you should expect to be ripped off a little it it's bad.
