There were 10 Lugs in the package when I shipped it out, obviously. Squished, re-taped box? Flimsy envelope?? Those were shipped in a flat-rate padded envelope, flimsy, but strong. You didn't indicate whether the packaging was compromised and a lug could have gotten out, or not. That should have been the first thing reported on.. Nevertheless, this buyer has been shipped an additional 10 lugs, free of charge.

I had to process a return for this item. I ordered 10 Privacy Levers, and instead only received 3. The seller included 5 Passage levers, and 4 Dummy levers, but only 3 of the Privacy Levers I ordered. We had a lot of back and forth, but he couldn't understand that what he shipped was not what he sold. Even the return, he tried to say he would only refund 20% of what I paid even though the fault was his. In the end, I bypassed the seller and went through eBay to process a return. Stay Away!

Stay away, yes! Buyers like this please stay away! This buyer received 8 out of 10 of the levers he ordered. I only had 8, but since I had 4 of the dummy levers, I threw those in, and shipped him 12 levers, in 12 boxes, and figured that if he didn't want the dummy levers, he could just keep them for free, and I would refund him 20%, since he got 8 levers out of 10. i have free shipping, so I paid $25 to ship his levers. He's an unreasonable ingrate, so now i'm throwing away $50 in shipping.

Its discouraging to be called "terrible", when I work hard at this. I've done everything correctly, as far as I can tell. I shipped your filter on the same day you ordered it. I payed $28 out of pocket for shipping. When you reported that it hadn't arrived, i initiated a Missing Mail Search Request. That request is still processing. You haven't been ripped off, you request is pending while the post office is looking for it. Impatiently leaving negative feedback doesn't speed things up.

    cheap and easy to use

    Very good clipper, sharp and easy to use. Product comes with 4 combs but I would like the 3/4 and 1 inch combs in addition. Product price was very good, I am glad that I purchased the product.

    Just An Okay Clipper Not For Professionals

    Just okay. Gets extremely hot after a few minutes of running. Also, leaves lines no matter how many times you go over the same spot. Limited guide combs included with the clipper. The only good thing I can say about the clipper is it runs quiet. I purchased this clipper to replace the exact same model. Unfortunately, this model is not as good as the last. The is one product I hope has a very short service life.

    A good product and a good value.

    I'm a mostly bald guy who cuts his own hair. I use it about once every two weeks. At that rate it should last for many years. My last clipper, a smaller cheaper Wahl, lasted five years. So this one just might outlast me. And it cost less than twenty dollars. No regrets.
