When I received my item (which was presumably new) the packing box had animal chew marks upon opening, and the product had no internal packaging. The product was also dirty, and had been clearly used by another animal. After contacting the seller about this they agreed this was unacceptable, and offered me a resolution of keeping the item with a partial refund back. This didn't make me comfortable as I wanted a clean item for my cat. I requested a full refund and it was granted, however. Thanks.
