Seller did not pack the delicate stool adequately such that it was wiggling around in the box upon arrival. I could hear the broken pieces and opened the box to find the stool completely cracked in half and unusable. When I contacted the seller she gaslit me saying the stool absolutely could not have been loose in the packaging despite what I found. She blamed the shipper and told me I shouldn’t have chosen the cheapest shipping option. Highly disappointed and feel extremely disrespected.
