Item as described screens provided are already fraying and too big to go into gas tank. Ended up reusing old one. Gasket a bit too tight and would twist pickup straw out of on whole.

Transaction was positive but supplied filters would not go into gas tank of my 1998 . When pushed unsealed end cap pops off and falls into tank. HD filter end cap is cast with wiremesh support lattice and slightly smaller diameter fuel filter. Supplied Gasket too thick also. I cleaned old filter and used old filter and gasket with new petcock. Works great. have fired up the sportster and no leaks. So big positive on petcock which was my main concern and negative on gasket and fuel filter
