The seller doesn't have any valid instructions to share except to burn the ends of the laces. I did burn the ends of the laces and even the knotted end, but it's still way too big to fit into the connector. I would have returned them, but this seller would have charged me over half the cost of the shoelaces in shipping. I ended up just knotting the ends. Don't buy these for the connector - it's a waste of money!

He was very understanding and ready to help. The item was in a very good condition and nice quality. Unfortunately, my car wasn’t eligible. I really appreciate how he helped me. He valued my time and didn’t take long to respond. The package arrived at the same estimated time, in a good condition. I really suggest this seller. He will really help you.
