As another buyer has noted, the packaging is terrible or at the verity least not up to standard. I have also experienced the same issue as that other buyer. The item arrived broken and defective most likely due to poor packaging by the merchant who should have known better. GROSS NEGLIGENCE. And TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. A chargeback has been initiated. Sending broken items back is dangerous and sender could potentially get sued for injury. Couriers would not or should not accept such items anyway.
