Seller shipped wrong item. Ordered a bike bell received bike pedals. Requested a refund since I purchased a different bell from another seller. Never got the refund until eBay gave me a refund. seller did eventually send correct bell but did not include the compensation gift they mentioned. I also had to ship back incorrect pedals.
