Colorful and cartoonish, Mini Ninjas aims to provide super-powered ninja action with a noble, adventuresome storyline, but without any graphic violence over-the-top adversity. Players follow the tale of the smallest ninja, Hiro, who faces an army of monsters that were created by corrupting innocent forest creatures. The game plays out in third-person, 3D hack-and-slash combat, infused with a variety of special abilities, including exploding fireworks that fall from above, and the power to slow the action around the little ninja hero down, allowing him to execute multiple attacks at relative lightning speed. When an enemy is defeated, it reverts to its original animal state, cute, cuddly, and grateful to be back in its proper from. Other action sequences have Hiro exploring new areas and interacting with his surroundings in set-piece environmental puzzles. End-boss battles also make use of system-specific control schemes, with events designed to call for quick thinking and fast fingers. Mini Ninjas was created by IO Interactive, veteran developer of third-person action games for more mature audiences, including the influential Hitman series.

Mini Ninjas- Fantastic, Engaging, Addictive, Awesome!
I purchased this game right away after seeing a preview of it on a newly released movie. My husband is REALLY picky about video games, and is usually only into RPG's. He was a bit skepticaql when he opened it, but is completely addicted now. He says the play is perfect, no complaints there- the graphics are great, it is not incredibly complex, but complex enough to be very involving. My husband has a genius IQ, and this game he says "is the best game he has ever played". It is even fun to just watch him play! My 4 year old daughter is learning to play it as well- she will operate one of the two controllers needed to play (though it will be a wile before she can play by herself). GREAT GAME
I originally bought this game for PS3 for my son because it was refered to him so he downloaded the demo and fell in love with it. I bought it as a gift for my son while I was in a business trip in Puerto Rico. So I actually had my secretary's son open it and try it out to make sure it was good (lol yes I did have someone else try my son's gift lol). My secretary's son didn't wanna put it down lol and since then he's constantly nagging his mom to buy him it. I told her not to buy it because I was going to get it for him lol. My son is crazy about the game! and I just ordered 1 for PS3 for my secretary's son and 1 for WII for my secretary's lil teen brother. I had them ship directly to my secretary so when they get the package they will be jumping for joy! I don't know much about PS3's or ... Mini Ninja's for Wii
Wonderful game. Well designed with good characters and great detail in the scenery. I really loved the story line and the simple control. The game itself is not too hard, perfect for a novice but still challenging enough to to enjoy. The only downfall is the length, the game in it's entirety is a little short. Overall, it a perfect game for anyone who likes live action RPG's, similar to the Legend of Zelda series games that came out for N64. I would recommend it to any Wii owner as well as the version for the Nintendo DS hand-held. I hope they make a sequel soon!Wonderful game. We rented this game first. My sons loved it so much that we decided to buy it. During the course of the game, you unlock different characters and "spells" that allow for more game fun. The part my kids liked the most was the ability to go back to any level you complete at the checkpoints. The game is easy for moderate skill gamers. But may seem too easy to master for the advanced gamer. I still highly recommend it.We rented this game first. My sons loved it so much that we decided to buy it.
